L.O.S.E.’s diminutive leader. Though he thinks of himself as a big-time villain, his “stupendous” plans are actually miniscule and child-like—and give new meaning to the term lowered expectations. Like the time the League threw a neighbourhood barbecue, but didn’t invite ANY of the neighbours! Mu ha ha ha ha ha! Definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed, but what he lacks in smarts he makes up for in sheer evil enthusiasm.
